10/20 Dry Deep Sea Scallops

These dry deep sea scallops are firm and absolutely delicious! They are mildly sweet and tender. 

Most are creamy white but can range in color from white to cream or even tan. Yield is 10/20 scallops to the pound. We only sell our Deep Sea Scallops individually fresh frozen which is the BEST way for them to retain their freshness-they are frozen the same day they are harvested.
